Crow Meaning and Symbolism
Crows are fascinating birds that have intrigued people for centuries. They have long been associated with different meanings and symbolisms across various cultures and beliefs. For instance, the number of birds present in a group and the color of the birds play a crucial role in determining their interpretation. In some religions, they are seen as messengers from the divine world. In contrast, in others, they are considered harbingers of death and darkness.
Overall, crows are often symbolically associated with change, transformation, and rebirth. This is, perhaps, because they are intelligent creatures known for their adaptability and resourcefulness. Their black color has also led some to associate them with the mystery and unknown. Interestingly, while some view crows with fear and negativity, others see them as fascinating and beautiful creatures worthy of admiration.

A great tool to consider is a heat gun. With its concentrated burst of hot air, a heat gun can efficiently speed up the drying process for a wide range of items, from painted walls to wet clothes. However, it’s always important to exercise caution when using a heat gun, as it can quickly become a fire hazard if not used correctly.

This project can be completed in 3 hours or less. If you live in a humid area, it may take longer due to drying time. To speed up the process, I recommend using a heat gun to dry your paints. Keep in mind that this is a pen and ink style project, so it shouldn’t take too long to complete.
I show how to create the little dots around the crows’ eyes using masking fluid as a resist. Masking fluid is a useful product that gives crisp edges. Any brand is fine, but it’s recommended to use a brand with a little color for better visibility. Some brands tend to dry clear, making it hard to see where you’ve applied the resist.
